Cleavage usually forms a shape of a "V" over the tits. Innerboob is a cleavage in the shape of a "| |" over the tits, as can be shown in the OP's picture. Basically, the same portion of the boob is covered horizontally at the top and at the bottom. The cleavage should be just about far enough to be covering the nipples - not farther, not closer. There, I have defined innerboob for you. It is a subset of cleavage, faggot.
