I heartily disagree, but respect your opinion and recognize its validity. I prefer the rough animations of clothing removal over just skipping the stripping altogether. And I don't know where you stand on this, but clothing disappearing via slow transparency change is the worst of all, unless it's some sort of futuristic clothing or something, but I've never really seen the futuristic thing done. Don't use bitrates. Use quality-based encoding instead. I use crf=23, qcomp=0.8 which is probably slightly overkill, you can go to maybe crf=26 before it starts looking bad.

and while she has one inverted eye, changing the texture in the material tab, fixes it (if you want them to be similar of course), also the separate eye bones are not displayed but you can change it in the bone tab too.
