With Iwara's current setup, making your vids private open you up to this begging by other users to follow them. So anyone that makes vids private is sort of setting themselves up for that.
But if a user doesn't have any private vids, begging them to follow doesn't make much sense. I have ZERO private vids on Iwara, but I've been contacted by a user to follow them, and it was really awkward. The user had no uploads, so I tried to politely explain why I wouldn't follow them now, but I might in the future if they ever upload anything. However, it might have come across as being a pompous "shove off" message. So I'd make really sure the user has private vids before asking them to follow you, and it would probably help to have some of your own content to actually follow.

Trying to update bobbeeb's IA with the more detailed vagina that was used on his miku model.
Unless I'm mistaken, there are two ways of doing this right?
The first is just doing a head/hair swap, and seems the easiest, but I have to use the miku body that he included, which has kinda strange gravity defying breasts on it.
The second way is to put the vagina model on the IA model, but that seems like a fuckload of work. The catch is that I've already modified the IA model a decent amount already, and it would take fucking forever to do again on this new model.

now. in the picture it looks like a model that has been injected with data that has a different number of vertex, than the original.
so going by lolgic, look for stray vertex. in blender select->vertex->loose geometry and dele it, or use remove doubles tool in edit mode.
if its not it, look for anything that might change the number of vertex, or as a last ditch effort import only the torso and merge it back in mmd

you could have done this with pmxeditor: filling the crotch and the glutes with the swimsuit (after playing with the UV plugin of course) and then import a vag and nipple mesh from another model since there's not even a cameltoe down there.
sure pmx editor is a shit, especially if you want to add vertex, but since the mesh is there combining vertex shouldn't be that hard, probably ram consuming if you are using a old version of the program so you have to save and the restart it so the thing doesn't clog your pc

I wanted to transition to it from JDownloader 2 Beta, because their NicoNicoDouga plugin has been broken for many months now, but it's very important to me to keep the filenames the same. So I looked the optional commands of youtube-dl up (https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/blob/master/README.md#synopsis) and saw that there was a huge number of options. I wanted the file name to look like the following:

e.g.

So, this is the command I ended up with:

...and it puts out files like this:

It also automatically downloads the files into folders named after the uploader now, which I did by hand previously. This is a HUGE time saver and decrease of error-proneness for me.
Now, I only have to find a way to get a rightclick menu option to initiate this process with one click, or something similar to batch download quickly. No idea how to do that. I noticed that there's a config file in %APPDATA%\youtube-dl\config.txt, which you can use to set a standard download directory, though, so that's a first step, I guess.

I noticed the batch-downloading command is great, too. I just copy a lot of links, then insert them all at once with Clipple, then copypaste it into a text file and let youtube-dl batch-download them all by appending:
-c --batch-file="videoliste.txt"

You are welcome. And thanks for filename tips. Here is how I did the right-click thing:
- install Opera 12. Latest one is 12.18. This is the only browser I was able to easily add menu items.
- go to Preferences > Advanced > Toolbars > Menu setup > Duplicate. You'll see the new item appeared.
- now there should be a new .ini file in your Opera\profile\menu\ folder (depends on your installation type, it can end up in %appdata% or inside the application folder). Open it.
- find [Link Popup Menu] section. Add a line there like this one:
Item, Download in YT-dl=Execute Program,"E:\folder1\folder2\opera-ytdl.bat","%l", , "Panel Info"
- save the file and restart the browser.
Now create that .bat file at that destination. Here is a simple example: http://pastebin.com/tJZsMLE7
What it does:
- if the link is from nicovideo, download with nicovideo settings
- otherwise download with fc2 settings
- if the file is downloaded properly, CMD window closes automatically
- if there are errors, CMD window stays opened so you can read the details
Now you use this Opera 12 installation for browsing fc2/nico. It may suck for today's internet, but it'll do the job. It's also the most configurable browser of all (my favorite and primary one).

I've started porting mmd models to SFM.
It's a huge pain in the ass, and none of them are usable yet, but I'm getting close.
Once I finish this one i'm working on, does anyone here have any interest in a specific model they want ported? Or should I just fuck off

Working on kaat now.
The model has a lot of objects that I need to put into bodygroups so they can be toggled on/off. It's kinda tricky since blender by default only gives me a single mesh to work with, and when I separate them by material it ruins the shapekeys.
I think I have a solution, but it's going to take a bit of time.
