The two pics mentioned are of a monster from Monster Hunter called the Royal Ludroth. Royals are distinguished from normal Ludroth by their greater size and distinctive manes. The Royal is the pack leader, and is always male. Apparently Anon was vexed by this, as it would mean the girls in the pictures are technically males, and therefore traps. Pic related; Big man's the Royal, the smaller ones are females. Note how the females don't have manes.
