The first three chapters are separate stories that come thogether in the fourth one. Meguru apears in the first story (Prologue 1), but doesn't have anything to do with the other prologues.
Starting from Chapter 1 which follows the three prologue stories, she's a regular cast member, albeit a somewhat minor one.

I love how everyone was whining "There's no fanservice! There's no fanservice! Not enough girls! What if it's prudish and clean?!" and now the series has proved to be as much a parade of tits and ass as Kenichi ever was.
I usually prioritize plot over PLOT, but when it comes to Matsuena Syun I just feel that he should be drawing as much TnA as possible. His girls are Godly.

Ceiling lickers usually lick dirt from ceilings. The one in Tokiwa licks away and eats the border between the other world and this world. Maybe Meguru looked tasty and it wanted to eat something else for a change.

Today I actually read Tokiwa and it's pretty cool. Hope it takes off.

The first volume made it into the top 30 of the manga sales charts in its first week, but barely so on #30. Probably because I went on sale together with the last volume of Kenichi.
The second one did not rank that well. We'll see how volume 3 does this summer.

I love Syen's art but why does he never do unobscured nipples? They always end up getting covered up with something instead of just being totally bare. I get if he doesn't want to overdo it but that's always bugged me a bit.

Not sure what the regulation of shounen vs seinen are, but the seinen series I've seen usually don't bother at all with obscuring nipples. Maybe you at least have to pretend you're censoring in shounen magazines.

But the magazines might still aim at different demographic although both are categorized as shonen. I mean shonen sunday has stories like Detective Conan, Magi, Major, etc.
That makes it look like it's really mostly aimed at boys, to me at least.

The amount of lewdness has nothing to do with the demography it's aiming but rather the author's choice.

I always thought the amount of lewdness depended on wich magazine the series was released in and the different policys of the magazine. Like, I don't think Shonen Jump has any nipples but censored/obscured nudity is okay.

The images you posted are special illustration cards you only get when you buy the first print edition from certain stores (animate, toranoana, gamers). You cannot get these at any other store or with any other edition. The fist print edition of Kenichi is long sold out at these stores. You only chance to get these illustration cards now is second hand. I sometimes see them on yahoo auctions japan.
RAW anon here. Uploading the volume chapter by chapter was a bit of a bother and the sendspace links will probably die after a while. I dumped the whole volume 3 as a zip file on madokami, including the full cover, 1st print cover backside illustration and toranonana bonus. Enjoy.

Yeah man I checked and can't find that card anywhere any-more, all out of stock plus my scanner sucks with colours anyway (scanned and posted some doujins like that Miu one from Honey Bump on exhentai).
It would be pointless and expensive as hell to pay a proxy to do some wild search for just one picture.
Sucks as I would kill to get that pic, the only editable picture that don't have the watermark is too shit so improving it still gives shit.
