Apparently this anime character has admittedly fake silicone tits. It's something that you pretty much never have anyone going with in anime/hentai, all chicks just have magically giant real boobs.

I cant remember the name of it, but theres this manga that gets storytimed on /a/ all the time. Its about an adorable housewife with huge tits, a huge ass, nice long legs, etc. She has the whole package deal.
