To me an image on /e/ has a lot of different aspects which some artists do better than others, but not in a collective sense. Thus I have no "favorite" single artist.
I could probably name some of my favorites in separate aspects though. Ran'ou for example likely has my favorite proportioned/aged women.

One of my favorite artists is Sadakage.
The women he draws are same-facey and lazy eyed, and some of his pics are too /d/ oriented for my liking, But his senses of coloring, background detail and anatomy are all pretty damn good.
