I found an abandoned hobo mudhut in the woods
For an experiment, I wanna do really primitive upgrades to it, stuff so cheap it isn't gonna get nicked. Stuff that a backpacker would appreciate if he spends the night travelling through.
Any advice?
a ventilated fireplace/stove would be my first pick. You can make one out of a paint can and a coffee tin.
Go to a car boot sale and pick up some old woodworking tools
Then start building shit at the location. Chair or two, Bed frame. Plug up holes. Put down a wood floor for starters
build a wood stove for heating and cooking, collect cans to tunnel the smoke out
find some cheap long candles and mount them around the place.
