Because I've got a Makita 32xx

Anyone got any tips on making a router table?
I used to have a triton one but it was rubbish, and it was a pain in the ring to swap the router out for the saw. Really the only useful bit was the safety switch.

Do you need a fence if you're only going to use router bits with bearings?
