Is this fixable?????? :(
>>

no...
>>
Yep, remove the varnish on tracks next to the holes, then insert the component (a slightly more than normal) and bend the thru-hole pins next to the tracks. Then just solder the pins directly on the tracks.

the capacitors are fucked, you can't fix it
>>

just...get another capacitor. Sort of difficult because the little fuckers are just beige rectangles with no labels, but put that noggin to the test and guess an appropriate value or electrical engineer your way to one.
>>
>the capacitors are fucked,
there's only cap and it looks fine, it's just got some crud sticking to it, like hot glue.

the hole on the top left can be easily fixed as >>984209 said. use a rounded x-acto knife to scrape off a bit of the green paint, and solder the leg of whatever was there to the exposed copper.

as for the third hole at the top, cant tell whats going on from the photo.
if worst comes to worst, the entire PCB can be replaced by a home built circuit on perfboard, assuming it's not much larger than what you see in the pic.

ah, it's a stupid USB ionizer, and the USB connector was knocked off by OP's giant swinging niggerdick. so the middle 2 pins arent used and dont matter.
>>
yes, it is easily fixable, but the real question you should be asking yourself is: do i really want to repair this turd?
the PCB itself looks like the cheapest kind of phenolic based substrate, indicating that this is probably some sort of chinese turd, which you probably shouldn't be plugging into your PC

Oh noes! It's impossible to replace a capacitor!
