Hey guys been in my house 5 years. Got a stupid size laundry room 25x13. The furnace, and water heater are in a dumb place. Any ideas on where i can move stuff or build things for more space. Need some ideas on what i can do with this fucking room. Building is not an issue im pretty handy and my dad been in the construction for 35 years.

Looks like you just need to mount lots of wall shelves to have a organisable store room
try google french cleat wall shelves
room size is 25x13 and the furnace and water heater, take up space from the side of the wall sicks out 4ft and its 2 and half feet wide so takes up around 8sqft of the room
i plan on sticking some insulation and vapor barrier to wrap it.
this is the other side of the laundry room, this is the before me and dad fixed it up. i just painted the room gray it was white before.
