Looking for resources, plans, or ideas for a DIY electron beam welder. Google has failed me.

How big a thing do you want to weld? You basically need an electron linac.

its ok if he didn't fo far as 28KV- 30KV over that voltage X-ray emission on impact is eminent.
you can create Hot Cathode Beam and go on lover voltages.
