guys I need a new plate for my orbital sander. I bought it second

I bought it second hand, it's a skil 740xx

I really don't know what replacement I should buy.

the current plate is kind of shredded.
did I use to much pressure ?
am I even allowed to use pressure ?

the previous owner told me something was wrong with the part , was it just the wrong kind ?
it's from bosch and 150mm instead of 125mm
