I have here a broken LNBF (TV antenna receptor). Is it possible to repair it EASILY?

Can you even get bit open without fucking it up? If yes, then pics of the innards.

Also, make sure it's not a bad power supply first.

But how can I know if this is the only problem in the circuit?
Also, I never replaced a transistor. Is it hard?
