My mini fridge is dead. It won't make a sound. It was left off for a few months and is stone dead.
Compressor coils measure 6, 14.5, and 20 ohm with no shorts to ground.
Samsung D130c-l1z2
The ptc relay measures 9 ohm.
part no. j531 q32e
The overload protector measures a short.
part no. 265RHBYY
I have a ton of high voltage capacitors on hand. Should I attempt to rig up a hard start kit?
.... I wasn't able to get useful information testing the temperature control so I jumped across it. The compressor is running.

Pressure cutoff? Do small residential refridge even have that? I work on dishwashers, I don't know. If it isn't working it probably developed a leak over time and won't start because a pressure sensor is telling the board that there's no gas. My father in law's refridge died in a similar fashion, except I found the main board fried. Everything worked except the compressor wouldn't run.

I think she'll run. The thermostat seems toast to me. There's more green than copper there. and I can't get any kind of measurement across the lugs.
Just found a matching thermostat for 3 bucks on freebay.
