Not a troll, it's a pneumatic rotary tool, a dremel is a rotary tool. Just like how all reciprocating saws are sawzalls

It's a bit more akin to how a Rotozip is just a shitty router. It's only made special by its cutting bit. But yes a Dremel is just a light duty electric die grinder with readily available accessories.
