Bills, cards, and maybe some pocket to carry a small tool like a razor or a flat wrench

First tought was to use that material used in radiographies, how is it called? Vinylic, acrylic?

I have already search in google and everything was like pouches, country style, or Hello Kitty thing... I want something discrete, for male, and that look modern... like a wallet made by Apple

I use a small one and 4 cards and like 10 bills is all it can possibly hold.

I got a cellphone case for my belt that has a pocket in it. I just wrap my cards in cash and shove it in.
A Ziploc bag with the seam along the widest side.
If that doesn't exist already, it can easily be made from existing bags.
Cheap, simple, and does what wallets are supposed to do.
There are also "wallets" that are glorified bits of wood held together by an elastic band. I saw those on the YouTube the other day.

I made one when I was a kid, worked great for a few months then all my money started to get sticky

Never had that problem myself. I made mine by sticking duct tape to duct tape, sticky face to sticky face. New Zealand has plastic money though, so that could be why.
Ik made this out of rubber and an old flag
Could make something out of Tyvek.
