Steel board on the wall

I'm planning on sticking a flat metal board on a wall because I'm placing a bulletin board which is magnetic. The question is what kind of metal will effectively stick without making the magnet easily coming off.
Also what kind of glue will I place the steel over the wall?

Just spray a sheet of steel with enamel then glue it to the wall. Instant magnetic white board. Google says drywall adhesive. Just ask your hardware store which adhesive is good for attaching brushed stainless to drywall in a kitchen. Because that's a thing people do for splash guards.

But I already bought a magnetic board, It's too late to do that now.
It's for my office, and everytime I write something on the board, I do it on my chair and think, not standing up your ass everytime.
Ferrous metal. Glue it up with PL premium
they make magnetic paint, you can get it at Home Depot or Lowes. significantly easier, and you can pain it anywhere including corners.
