Tryinf to fix a Mac. How in the fuck do I loosen thus tight-ass tiny screw. They both are beginning to strip. Tips?

first use the proper screw driver
Proper, clean bit.
Tap the end of a driver with a light mallet. Quarter turn.
Remember when you tighten them back up, tighten the screw until it loosens back up, then back off a quarter turn
