How would you go about removing latex paint from a concrete driveway?

This is more /diy/, but a 3,000 psi power washer will work it up with some time. A 4,000psi industrial washer will tear that shit up no problem
Have you tried an extreme solvent? I bet acetone will work, it'll eat latex gloves and finishes.
I've got this really nasty shit, it's an aerosol paint stripper, it's a foam, that shit can kill you if you don't have ventilation. It says on the can, "do no more than a 9'x9' area at a time, any more and risk of injury or death begins to rapidly increase."
Pretty wicked stuff, has cut through every thing I've thrown at it, in a driveway outside over a small spot it should be safe enough. You may need to scrape the paint off but it'll get gummy and you can basically roll it up.
faster & cheaper will be to put thin layer of concrete on top of it

Franmar Soy-Gel, non-caustic, non-acidic soy bean based paint and finish remover, safe for fine antiques or concrete driveways.
So safe you could technically eat it.

I would start by scraping the majority off, then clean the rest with a pressure washer.

I know it has it's place and purpose, but that's your problem. Harsh solvent like acetone or a heat gun will work. Got a harbor freight near you and $15? Go buy the heat gun.
