There's no way to tell just by looking at a picture, finishes etc can completely change the look of the wood.
That said, looks like laminate to me. The super even satin finish plus the conspicuously tasteful color variations with arbitrary end splice locations strikes me as artificial.

thats most likly a laminate with 2-3 diffrent products blended for that scatter affect also its not to costly if you just float the click laminate but if ya glue it the cost will jump a bit just cause of glue and extra labor also look at your slab if it aint level add more money to floating the slab "floor prep" will jump the price more " labor and float supplies"
