So as you see the green part got destroyed time by time. and after my laptop fell hard the corner (red part) brake from the main structure and is one with thes screen frame.its hard to lose and open the laptop and i fear the time that the screen cables get damaged bcause thier showing.and oneday i gave it to a workshop to fix the screen(another common story) and he gleued the part with silicon -_- that brake off and still stuck in the part.
i came to ask what glue or anything to fix this part by myself.

No, the silicone is literally the best choice because it absorbs shock, fills the gap, and hold the broken part in place, that is literally the best choice in your case. Silicone is used in electronics all the time.

But if you stop dropping it, it will keep working. The cable looks like it is in good condition.
