I very much doubt your going to be able to order just the handle for it, if that's what your thinking?

yes. It was made of cheap brittle plastic. I was looking for a c clamp but they were flat. im stuck because the wingnut has such a specific input.
Maybe you can drill a small hole and have a bolt or thread stock with 2 nuts either side of the clamp shaft?
Won't look pretty but will work and no doubt be stronger than a bit of plastic on a spline
