buy a large matress, measure out the dimensions, buy 2x4s and screw em together with angle brackets

Make a rectangle out of boards, put 2 smaller boards along the inside, the sides that are longer, put thinner boards from one inside board to the other. Legs are optional. Head board is optional. My girl friends grandmother gave her a king size mattress when she moved several years ago, I literally found(I think I stole them from gas stations but I can't remember) 12 milk crates and made 3 symmetrical rows of 4 until she could get a proper frame. I banged her for months on it and it hardly budged. Bed frame isn't that hard, you'll get it.
