I'd be a brain in a jar at that point. I'm a programmer so I'd still be a contributing member of society, and I am totally cool with being in a permanent simulation as long as I have root privileges to everything and I'm housed in a safe, secure facility.
I wouldn't have a body, so I honestly don't know if I'd even still have an interest in sex. But if I still did, I'd probably be running some pretty depraved sex simulations that would even be too much for /d/.
I'm pretty sure when we get the ability to directly stimulate ourselves sexually with machinery, there's going to be a lot of people who overdo it and completely fry their nervous systems.

When sex robots become a thing, everything will be better. Sexual frustration will become a thing of antiquity. Think about how much of your life is wasted on just trying to get laid, and imagine getting all that time back, and most likely more satisfying sex to boot.
There will be live-in sexaroids, but I think the more popular thing will just be cyber brothels. Whenever you get horny, you just go down to one and fuck the latest model that got released that week.
Real live men and women will still be desired, but with sexbots being able to accommodate very specific tastes and fetishes right out of the box will make them very strong competition.

The thing I'm most excited about the future is the age of "affordable beauty" as the book Neuromancer calls it. People who win the dice roll at birth and have good genetics will no longer have a stranglehold on the sexual marketplace like they do now. The big appeal of having children is continuing your legacy. The thing that disgusts me is having to mix my genes with someone else in order to do it. I'd rather just raise a clone of myself by myself without a woman telling me how to raise him.

I think the first things that are going to come out are mechanical eyes. I predict we will at least see that in our lifetimes (my dream is to literally become Batou from GotS when I'm an old man). Then we figure out how to issue commands to a computer with thoughts, and we get visual feedback in the eyes. Those will be the first rudimentary e-brains, and they will significantly improve the intelligence of people who use them.
By that point, 3d printing will have significantly matured. Your e-brain will give you the intellectual boost to engineer your own parts. I think, and this is just my opinion, by the time all this cybernetic stuff becomes reality, it'll immediately be a DIY hobby.
If you look at the crazy cool stuff people are doing with Raspberry Pi computers, you'll see the beginning of a new revolution where hardware is cheap and people are smart enough to make their own shit.
