That's much better than the first attempt, but you still have some spacing issues. Offset the hearts from the rest of the text a little--at the very least, put spaces between them and other characters. This is more an editing issue than a typesetting one, but you've also got punctuation issues--"and there's three [etc.]" and "in my depths" are both left without any close.
Finally, I'd recommend slightly increasing the size of the text here, and decreasing the width of your text boxes (if you're not using text boxes, then just throw a couple hard returns in at your discretion). You have plenty of largely empty space to the sides of her head, so you don't need to have the text overlapping her head quite so much (a little is fine).
Finally, I'd also recommend darkening the text's blue a little. It's not bad as is, but a little darker will help it stand out more where it does overlap her head. Something to do with reducing eye strain, I dunno.
And yes, that translation is kind of garbage. Here's a slightly better one.

I do all my Photoshop work on Mac, so I'm not really sure how it works on other operating systems, but when I need a heart symbol in text, I can just paste it from another source and it'll retain whatever font was used in the source if the font I'm using doesn't support it. If that doesn't work on Windows, I do know that most Japanese fonts support heart symbols, so if you have one installed on your computer, you can probably switch to that and then paste from another source.
