I dunno. I think that the threads will all suffer if we split. Sometimes the reason multiple of these threads haven't died has been somebody bumping and dumping with elastic at times. It's tough for any of these to sustain on their own on this board for more than 3 threads.
On a more thread wide note, I hope everybody can keep this conversation civil. I think the big thing with the use of spandex is that it is the default 'stretchy' material to go with clothes, and many people like the idea of the material going with it and not having large patches of flesh/oddly stretched clothing.
