I remember it having so many similarities with Pigeon Blood that I am still not sure that it’s not some version of PB or another.

In Starless it’s the other way — the girls are the masters and the protag their servant. I’ve skip-looked through the 4 episodes anyway, and it didn’t seem to be it.
In the anime I’m looking for they made a girl (or a futa with a tiny dick) into a futa with a huge dick through some operation (or injections), then in the later scene the master was sitting in a chair, the futa approached him with a wine cork sealing their dick, and the master took the cork off and poured the cum into a wine glass.

Doesn’t seem to be in either of the 2 episodes, and the drawing style is all wrong too — I remember it being closer to Pigeon Blood’s style.
Maybe there is a continuation, remake or a manga associated with Pigeon Blood? Anidb doesn’t show anything like that.
