If you have good material from the start, it's always sort of a breeze to do. Don't go out of your way to do something for a picture if the result looks unnatural. I usually want to like... convince myself that the real artist would've made something like that, by copying style etc.
Basically, just make the dick or whatever you want to edit and the picture that you want to edit mesh up. If they don't, make them. If the original picture has thick lines, make the edit have thick lines etc. And for god's sake whatever you do, never enlarge something small. It looks like ass.

Magic wand + paint bucket tool works really well for replacing colors sometimes. You can set a fuzziness level on both to determine what range of colors you want to select and what range of colors you want to replace. The end result is everything gets replaced with the same color though. Color replacement tool knows how to handle shades but I have a hard time getting it to do what I want.

Well, I started to but it would really be easier if the picture was transparent instead of having a white background. As for how to do it I would just select the semen, adjust hue saturation (ctrl+U in my old version of Photoshop) and check the colorize thing and adjust it until it is the colour I want. Might have to select the differently coloured types of semen individually to make them match.
With that said I'm not sure if there's much point to recolouring the semen since it's in no particular pattern and you could just use >>6825785 or >>6825788 if you can't draw new cum yourself.

If you can't crop the edges properly with magic wand, just zoom in a lot and crop using the polygonal lasso. It takes longer, but the result is much better. You can also use the "stroke" layer style on photoshop to give it a fake outline, with a little fiddling it can help you match the outline of the pic you're putting it on.
