I was originally going to recommend Pretty Pervy to you, but I went to look at their website and recieved a "there's nothing here" message. Maybe it's in re-design or something, I dunno. That said, they're still worth googling, just enter "pretty pervy custom latex" and do some reading, looking at lovely pictures. There is a youtube channel, but there isn't much there.
I'm pretty sure Andromeda Latex could also make that sort of thing. Go check their website at andromeda-latex.com.
Neither of these places is cheap. That said, the quality is A+ #1. You're buying the best of latex manufacturing.
