So I have this fetish for people who are basically human, but have some body modifications or stuff that puts them down on all fours. Anyone else share this?

Body mods are optional for me.
Most of the stuff I like falls in the "human_pet" + "human_cattle" tag and the more prevalent element is them being treated as such rather than how much they act like animals innately (in fact, I tend to prefer if it becomes part of the story to train them to act that way)
Ane Inu is a great example of this.
It has both women who "are dogs from birth" and then this plot twist (sadly cannot spoiler tag on /d/) which shows how a regular girl could end up in that situation of being treated like one of the "human dogs".
Kaimeiji Yuu is another great eromanga author who focuses on this idea though in his case the "dogs" are known to have conscious minds and are more like slaves that get treated like pets/animals, with it being known that they can talk and freewomen (and also freemen, though due to his own preferences he rarely shows it on-screen) can end up reclassified as "human dogs"
