The Ron2 one opens to a black screen.
The Japanese swf file opens to a gallery I can scroll through but not click on start.
The icon.exe just gives a garbled error whenever I try and run it.

Alternatively in the Japanese exe select the second option for fullscreeen and third option for window. The default is the first option which is fullscreen HD but the HD in Rondo Duo is broken in most native resolutions and I think you need to be running it on a 4K monitor or something because I don't think I've never heard or anyone getting HD to work.
