The nursery-rhyme-into-story-about-my-fetishes reminds me of a non-rhyme book I read way back, Clay Boy.
An old couple, wanting a child, decided to simply make one out of clay, and lo and behold this boy came to life. Although they were initially pleased, he demanded food, and after he'd eaten all of their food, he ate all of their farm animals, following up with both the old couple and then the rest of the entire town.
The now colossal Clay Boy wanted more still, so he wandered about a little, and shortly came upon a goat on a hill. The goat, realizing what had happened, talked Clay Boy into simply standing still by promising to jump in his mouth, and when Clay Boy held still for him to do so, the goat rammed his gut, shattering him and freeing the townspeople and swallowed farm animals. To celebrate, the townspeople danced, and painted the goat's horns gold. It was a nice little story, and though not exactly fap fuel, very well-illustrated too.
If I were to make it more to my taste, I'd make the titular character a clay girl, make her several times rounder, and make her realize the error of her ways rather than being broken. I feel like it'd be qt as hell just to see some giant chubby golem girl walking about and helping people. Good thing I;m working on my art.

The artist has every right to sell it if she's releasing it herself or keep it under wraps as a private effort for the commissioner, there's nothing wrong with that. However when it's a product specially made for him and then he's the one selling it, it comes off as a bit selfish and childish, and may even just an attempt to cover his losses for paying for it.
He's probably not a bad guy like TASE or so, and I like some his characters and art he commissions, it's just this kind of approach leaves a sour taste is all, especially when he's been releasing things he's commissioned for free for everyone's enjoyment.
