It's a big fetish of mine, but it's usually hard to find it from Japan. It's somewhat common in the west but very rarely tagged properly.

If you're fine with western artists, Sparrow, InCase, xxxx52, LMSketch sometimes have them. There's more but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

This and the one I posted here are both xxxx52's art. Not the most polished and it's usually hit or miss but it's definitely on the exotic side.
I don't think western art is particularly welcomed here, but as I said before it's rare in Japan/Asia. Most of the marks are from edits which are usually done by western viewers or some on 2chan's rare ganguro thread.
