Because that requires effort, and most animators don't care anymore.
Look at futabu, for example. There were 2 characters capable of autofellatio and autopaizuri, and we only got like 2 scenes of that over the course 5-6 episodes. And the newest video is by Queen Bee, and animation company that basically uses flash, so everything looks like shit. No auto anything to be found.
