Use the shower head to give yourself an enema, you dont need to do planty of water. Or ,if you have one of those big serynges, you can use milk, that way it will not disturb the electrolyte balance in your system as much. If you use water, use it warm, it makes it much easier.

Turkey basters aren't expensive, so I suggest you buy one.
They have several other uses as well.
