I guess the story could work for me if they described the suit as being really close to looking, feeling and smelling real - or maybe just have the suit be biologically or magically "cloned" from a woman.

Yes, but it requires a bit of work.
In Firefox, hit F12 and click on "Inspector".
Go down the hiearchy: html, body, div#container, div#contents, iframe, #document, html, body. At the end of the body's children, there should be two canvases, one for each page. Right-click one of them, "Copy Image Data-URL". Then paste that into a new tab's address bar. That'll give you a PNG image; save it.
A more straight-forward way would be to catch the JPG as it gets downloaded, in the network monitor. However, as a form of copy protection, the image is split in an 8x8 grid and shuffled in some pattern that differs for each page. A JS script then unshuffles the tiles and draws the image in the canvases.
You could try to reverse-engineer the unshuffling algorithm, but saving the canvases is easier.
