Are there any specific pixiv tags for futa on female? You just ram in the futa tag and it's pretty indiscriminate.

pixiv tags in general are pretty useless unless you are looking for something vague. At the moment there are three different tags for futanari "ふたなり", "フタナリ" and "futanari" with the first being the most common. Tags are not picked from a pool and are case sensitive so "Futanari" and "futanari" wouldn't even be considered same tag in searching purposes like the main three tags aren't either. The tag for futa on male is "ふた×男", but as far as I know there isn't tag for futa on female.

Considering the fact that "ふたなり" gives 46k+ results and "ふた×女" gives 50 results, it is quite literally nothing. Few of the results are pretty good pictures, though.
Since we're talking pixiv tags here, the tags for shemale and newhalf are "シーメール" and "ニューハーフ" respectively with former giving more results. The English words yield some results too, which might be different from the ones you get with the Japanese words.

If you don't mind multiple tags, mixing futa "ふたなり" and yuri "百合" will get you a lot of results.
