That, and just about every other thing in the massive 3D model folder is from http://jbbs.shitaraba.net/internet/494/. It was one of the main sites for the Japanese 'shape change' community, but it's pretty much dead now. Either one or several members would upload their work as specific rar or zip files, then post that link onto the board where everyone could download it. The huge folder from that one guys collection has almost all of those files. The links for the original uploads are mostly dead, though.
