I assume you mean latex covering the whole body? Yes. Usually that requires multiple items though as a catsuit with attached hands and feet tends to be a bad idea and if you are into neck entry catsuits an attached hood doesn't work very well.

It's not that it can't be high quality, it's just that gloves and stockings tend to be the first items to break. If those things are attached to your catsuit now you have a much bigger repair job on your hands. Attached hoods are fine with back entry catsuits as demonstrated by your pic, but with neck entry ones you end up having to go through the mouth or something and it just causes even more issues.

A lot of latex (even some catsuits) is made exactly like that. There's twomajor flaws though: One, molded latex can't be made to order. Given how tight latex is this means it is almost guaranteed to not fit at all unless you had a mold made for each order, which would be absurdly expensive. Two is production quality. Molded products often have errors or issues with certain areas being too thick or too thin that causes them to be even more likely to rip than glued items.

I've just started to buy latex and I only have stockings and gloves.

Unfortunately there's not a lot you can do to keep stockings or gloves from rolling down without something to hold them in place. Stockings can be held in place with a garter belt but I don't know of a similar attachment for gloves. The one thing I've found that works is wearing a catsuit (or something similar with arms/legs) with your gloves and stockings. It's a little trickier but I like putting on the gloves and stockings first, then the catsuit and everything stays nice and snug and feels extremely seamless.

They need to stay dry and away from sunlight. Also there are special products for wearing, washing and storing latex. In a box is probably not a good idea as it might stick together. Usually you store it on a hanger.

There's not really any issue with latex "sticking to itself", assuming it's the same item (a catsuit, etc). Generally, even two different pieces - as long as they're from the same sheet - isn't a big deal.
What you don't want is latex from two different manufacturers being in contact for a long period of time, since they might contain different chemicals that could deteriorate the other.
And what you really don't want is latex of two different colours being in contact for any longer than is absolutely necessary. Black will bleed into every lighter colour, and white latex will seemingly absorb colour from anything within 1.37 AU of it.
As a rule, keep all latex, regardless of colour or manufacturer away from metals, petroleum products and harsh chemicals.

In the interest of helping people out with their latex care I'll post the tips from the handy leaflet that came with my latex
-Keep latex out of the sun, and dry it in the shade, latex is a vampire
-Hand wash your latex in mild soapy water, avoid soaps with citrus and oils
-lightly powder before storing to prevent it sticking to itself
-avoid all contact with OILS or COPPER, oil will destroy the latex and copper will stain it badly
-Polish regularly with silicone lube (unless you want a matt finish)
-CLEAN your latex within a few days of wearing it, your body has oils, oils destroy latex, don't leave it bundled in a ball in your room
-Store different colours away from each other
-Wooden Hangers are ideal for hanging up latex

Latex is very "clingy" all by itself. I doubt what you're feeling has anything to do with the talc.
Talc is fine, it's obviously used by a lot of people; but it also has some unpleasant side effects. Personally, I find it clogs my pores and will cause all sorts of bumps and pimples unless I scrub down really hard afterwards.
There's also the "residue" that you're talking about, but that stuff also has a nasty habit of getting outside the outfit at the worst times. Huge white splotches all over your waist and ankles right before a photo op? Booooo!
Okay, so enough dissing talc. Unfortunately, that gunk is just something you'll have to live with if you want to use talc. I'd imagine a very fine brush might help you get into the nooks, but (infomercial voice) there has to be a better way! What can you use?
Using a dressing aid doesn't mean you have to dump a bucket of Castrol into your catsuit before putting it on. I have a spray here called "Glide" from "Mister B". It's a very fine silicone spray that I will spray on any difficult areas. Once the latex is on, it runs off with sweat and you'd never know it was ever there.
Second option! You could dress right out of the shower. Water is just as good a dressing aid as any, and doesn't leave any residue. It'll just run off with your sweat.
Third option! Chlorinated latex. This could be inconvenient if you wanted entire pieces like catsuits, etc; but chlorinated latex is traditionally easier to put on and take off than its raw cousin. I don't have much difficulty in putting on chlorinated pieces without any dressing aid at all.

Gloves and stockings can roll down on their own no matter the quality. I have a fine pair of gloves that roll down on me frequently even though I regard them as a little too tight if anything. If you are moving your wrist you are going to cause slippage eventually and if you are being rather active in your rubber then the slippage will add up every few minutes and you'll have to readjust. It's just the nature of the beast.

After a health screening at work, my current state hit me hard. I had gained 30-40 pounds since the last time I had checked my weight. Believe me, I'm trying to get on the path to changing my diet (trying to figure out how best to balance fats/carbs) and starting to get into some physical activity.
