I used to post quite a bit in the wardrobe generals. Shortly after Hiro banned all western art from /d/, one got started up and someone made the mistake of posting a few images from DA at which point a mod deleted the whole thread. I gave up on /d/ entirely after that and /aco/ is nothing but a worthless clusterfuck of tumblr reposts. This is one of the first times I've rechecked the board in months. Those are called rewrites and mostly frowned upon in translation circles, especially when not properly tagged as such (or making them extremely obvious like a April Fool's release).
Unless someone knows Japanese (or you did such a poor job it's obvious you don't know Japanese) people cannot tell it apart from a real translation, which in turn reflects badly on people who do end up going through the trouble of translating the doujins or pictures.
People on /d/ often don't seem to care given how rampant caption threads have been in the past (though those at least don't pretend to be genuine translations) but in general I think it to be in poor taste to create them.
