I had an idea a while ago to run a /d/ themed Quest based around public use, and this thread reminds me of it. Would people be interested in this premise? And are quests still okay on this board?
In a relatively new initiative, people can now have themselves declared as 'Public Utilities'. Doing so relinquishes all of their rights as a human being, and they are instead treated as a piece of public property for the duration of their term. Becoming a Public Utility is entirely voluntary, and although there are rumors of people being blackmailed or forced into it, most Public Utilities do so of their own accord, even if they won't necessarily enjoy it.
Public Utilities are expected to spend their waking hours in public spaces, providing relief and services (primarily sexual, because this is a pornoverse) to anyone and everyone who requires it of them.
Public Utilities can also increase their effective value by undergoing any number of surgical or behavioral modifications to make themselves more useful to clients.
This can include, but is not limited to, Enhanced sexual characteristics or sexual transformation surgery, diet restrictions ('can only eat cum' being a favourite), outfit restrictions (whether to nudity, a specific theme, or a publicly voted for section of fetish outfits on a weekly basis), temporary, semi-permanent or permanent immobilization (although not viable for a main character in such a quest, it's such a fetish staple it should exist within the setting) and behavioral modification (anything from involuntary 'Nyaa's' to go with cat ears and a tail, to major intelligence reduction for that Bimbo charm).
Part of the quest would be setting up the character, who they were before becoming a Public Utility and why they'd choose to do so, what modifications and restrictions they'd opted in for, and establishing some initial plot hooks (since a quest, even an erotic one, needs to have a story to string together the sex scenes.)
