Wow, I had almost forgotten about that site. How long has it been down? I used to haunt it for a long, long time, but stopped going a few years ago. What exactly happened?
All I know is that, while a lot of the stuff wasn't my forte, the stuck clothes, costumes, outfits, etc was probably my favorite part about it.
I wish I had saved a lot of the stories and pictures.

Not just any admin, that guy had been the owner and sole admin for years before he started delegating.
Not just that, for the most part he had been footing all the bills. Sevrers, domain hosting, art, whathaveyou.
I mean, I'll admit I am pretty salty that the site died but given how he almost exclusively was the one paying the bills (even though he accepted donation drives and would put act as a go-between if you wanted to commission the artists back when deviantart or pixiv weren't even a thing) I can at least understand why he'd get to the point where the breach of trust would get him so enraged he'd decide to nuke it all down, especially if (as his last post implied) there had been monetary shaenanigans when said breach of trust happened (and his personal information potentially got compromised).
I am just happy that it seems quite a lot of the art survived but it seems most of the stories associated with some of the art are lost for good.

It wasn't a breach of trust. It was entirely due to archaic infrastructure of the board software and spammers overrunning the site.
Alfonso was the admin and he'd been slowly divorcing himself from the site for years. He didn't want the responsibility of actually running the day to day operations of the site anymore, so he shunted responsibility of that onto those of us who were around more.
With the opening of the Stikipedia, the spammers took notice and moved in force to hit the site. It took everything we had to keep the site clean everyday and when we finally asked Alfonso for help, he up and nuked the site from orbit.
Apparently he wanted to just burn it to the ground and start over with better software but it took him months and he couldn't migrate people's accounts over, so we lost all our userbase instantly. It never recovered after that.
