although "bolero" seems to have the spanish bullfighter high-jacket connotation, now a fashion piece for the feminine... but /jacket/ nonetheless. Whereas the above breastless shirts function more as exposing amusements, delectably abandoning almost all pretenses as jackets.
I think "shrug" might be the correct term - essentially it's a set of sleeves connected across the back (and sometimes the front). They're typically intended to be worn in combination with a breast/torso-covering top; but obviously can be worn solo for something more erotic.
Googling "ballet shrug" will get you lots of the tight-fitting, long-sleeved variety, as opposed to the many looser and shorter versions (albeit without booby exposure).
