Actually stretching out your dickhole is a very slow process; no part of the urethra is elastic so it can take weeks or months to notice even the most minute change.
As for actually doing it, you'll want to sound with tight objects, and very slowly move onto larger objects to stay tight as it gradually loosens.
Medical sounding kits can be purchased online, and urethral toys can be found on some porn sites, but if you decide your comfortable with niggerrigging some toys yourself our of pens or something, remember two things; your urethral tissue is delicate as all hell and disinfect everything before you jam it in.
