So here's an explination of events, since some people find the sequence hard to understand without text. Plus, I love doing a little writefagging:
So starting off with page 1, Louise finds Kirche, or what seems to be Kirche, posed erotically in her bedroom one night. But the redhead's stiffened and glossy body, including her hair, is a dead giveaway that something is wrong as she inspects her solidified rival. It only becomes more apparent when Saito reveals himself, stripping her bare and having his way with her out of the blue...

Almost immediately Louise is overcome with both fear and intense arousal as she's taken. While he continues his dominance, Saito reveals why Kirche has been solidified and how:
Saito's chest rune's allow him to boost Louise and other's with magic, so why not also give him the ability to absorb magic as well? The idea is that he's capable of absorbing so much magic and essence from the women he's having sex with, that without magic naturally flowing through their bodies, they solidify completely into statues. Once that occurs, the statues consciousness ranges from semi-aware to completely dormant. Unless Saito decides to return their magic and essence, they will remain perfectly preserved and indestructible, frozen sleeping beauties for their owner's delight.
Louise tries to beg Saito to stop, fearful of becoming a statue, but can barely articulate her words through the pulsating waves of pleasure building inside of her. He dismisses her fears, asking her if she would rather he never make love to her, playing off of her insecurities. Though fearful and reluctant, she eventually relents; she would rather finally feel Saito's love and become a statue than go on without his attentions, her body ultimately craving the pleasure he's giving her.
With a moments respite, he tenderly kisses her, laying her down on the bed as she looks up with aroused trepidation. With one final thrust, he explodes inside of her, igniting the most intense, soul shattering orgasm the pinked haired girl has ever experienced...

Finally, the wave sweeps across her hair, solidifying it in place with the rest of her. Louise is now perfectly preserved as a solid, erotic statue, her magical essence held prisoner by Saito. Blank, sightless eyes stare up at nothing, her mind quiet save for the warm dreams that fill her subconscious...

Not much of a story with this next one.

With the added magic and energy he now held, he went on to conquer the kingdom of Tristania and all of Halkeginia with his power and leadership, continuing to increase his collection along the way. Though he now rules with his own castle, filled with the frozen forms of many statuesque women he has taken for his collection, his deepest sanctuary in the castle holds his most prized statues; women who have had an impact or were very special to him in his life.
Dust and cobwebs cover the area, but even that cannot detract from their stiff and radiantly glossy bodies. He entertains himself somedays, pushing one or two statues over just to admire their lack of reaction. Their minds are held in eternal limbo, the only thoughts are that of the vague warmth and pleasure from some distant time long ago and far away, echoing throughout the years in their subconscious state...
And among these statues, hidden behind a veil at the end of the gallery, is his most prized statue of all...

They were rather uniform, statues depicting various glamorous-figured women, yet, all their faces were bent and twisted into expressions of terror and despair. On top of that, they shared one more commonality: they were all of maids.
