It's a bootleg fighting game where anyone can make/edit a character by making simple sprites and defining moves via text files. It's been around since the late 90's, so by now every fighting game character ever has been made. And, since these are being made by basement dwelling nerds, every female character is also available nude. Also some cheeky fucker came up with the idea to make rapist characters who use the enemy's getting-hit sprites to make it look like they're being fucked. Then people started making characters with specific being-raped animations.
Try Tantrumbull's Sex Mugen or Queen Of Fighters for a starter pack, then download more characters and add them to the game by simply adding their names, stage names, and music files to the SELECT.DEF file.
