I'm curious, cuntboy lovers. Cuntboy is generally posited as some sort of counterpart of or complement to futa. Cuntboy and male(lol)futas are two different things. Cuntboys are more in the case of swapped genitalia whereas male futas are, well, futas without the breasts. I believe cuntboys should be seen as the counterpart of dickgirls, rather than of futas. In other words, a cuntboy sporting a penis would just be male futa.
I don't think there are a lot of male futas out there, but there's definitely a small audience out there. I've seen a few here and there, but they've all been mostly shota and look too feminine to be considered male futa.

It depends on the surgery. Most transmen opt for no surgery at all and just keep their original genitals with enlarged clits because the surgeries are very expensive and often don't have the best results. So it's a lot less common then you're thinking and top surgery is what is most sought after.
If a guy does decide to get a surgery that uses skin grafts to build length and girth, that would result in the pump-penis you're thinking of. Unfortunately it can be quite strange looking and loses most erotic sensation.
There's another surgery that's a bit more complicated and creates a much smaller penis, but it retains most of its sensation. That involves cutting the ligament that holds the clit in place to add length, then a scrotum is made using the labial lips and testicular implants. The urethra can also be redirected through the new penis in both of these surgeries.
There are so many opportunities for complications that many transmen don't consider the surgeries worth it, though, especially since it's all out of pocket.
