The reasons I don't like aotk can be condensed in two :
- they never credit the pictures they upload or put the source, and often don't bother setting up real keywords, making any research a pain in the ass,
- they always use the "b-b-but muh hosting" excuse, even through registering is mandatory to see the pictures. And getting banned from there is very easy, all you have to do is badmouth them somewhere else, or tell the mod he made a typo.

To make a statement, I am the guy who translated most and edited some of the pictures. I asked otogawa whether I am allowed to translate and share his work after he published his first koishi book. He said that he isn't allowed to sell his books outside of Japan due to the regulation ZUN enforced, therefore he doesn't mind my work.
