Some artists can make those extremes work a lot better than others, though in this specific case the genre shift from inflation to dick impalement is what kills the end. More pleasant shaping and I wager folks would be singing a different tune.

Beats me. Pixiv might've had a different naming system for files back in 2010 depending on if it was a single image or a collection, or whoever first posted it only saved the submission ID number since there's only one for that submission. In any case I thought it was just another one of those third/fourth-hand images you see floating around and didn't think to double-check until asked.
Anyway, I'm surprised at just how much of my current stash is by this one dude and how much of it I hadn't discovered. Just wish he didn't have such a thing for insects and parasites, but cropping and a bit of dubious editing can take care of some of that at least.
